Practice Privileges
Practice Privileges applications are considered by a committee
of senior doctors and Hospital management called the Practice
Privileges Committee (PPC) details of which are below.

Professor Edward Howard, Chairman
Consultants and General Practitioners interested in obtaining
Practice Privileges will need to ensure that prior to applying they
satisfy the relevant
Bupa Cromwell Hospital Qualifying Status (PDF).
Subsequent to this, Consultants and General Practitioners
wishing to be granted practice privileges should write a covering
letter attaching a copy of their CV and send it to:

we respectfully request that applications not be completed unless
you have been invited to do so by the PPC.
Once Practice Privileges are granted, doctors who wish to use
the facilities of the hospital on an ongoing basis and the terms on
which practice privileges at the hospital are granted must satisfy
the conditions of the
Practice Privileges Policy Document (PDF).
