Practice Privileges

Practice Privileges applications are considered by a committee of senior doctors and Hospital management called the Practice Privileges Committee (PPC) details of which are below.

Practice Privileges Committee

Professor Edward Howard, Chairman

Consultants and General Practitioners interested in obtaining Practice Privileges will need to ensure that prior to applying they satisfy the relevant Bupa Cromwell Hospital Qualifying Status (PDF).

Subsequent to this, Consultants and General Practitioners wishing to be granted practice privileges should write a covering letter attaching a copy of their CV and send it to:

Secretary to the Chairman, Practice Privileges Committee
Bupa Cromwell Hospital
London SW5 0TU

You can review online here the Practice Privilege Application Form (PDF). Please note however we respectfully request that applications not be completed unless you have been invited to do so by the PPC.

Once Practice Privileges are granted, doctors who wish to use the facilities of the hospital on an ongoing basis and the terms on which practice privileges at the hospital are granted must satisfy the conditions of the Practice Privileges Policy Document (PDF)

If you are unable to download any of the documents, please contact The Secretary to the Chairman of the Practice Privileges Committee who will be happy to forward one in the post to you - see the Secretary to the Chairman, PPC details above right.
