Doctor Ian Mak, consultant neurophysiologist at Bupa Cromwell Hospital, says that too many late nights can leave even the most enthusiastic partygoer suffering from insufficient sleep syndrome – irritability, depression and the inability to concentrate. The idea of going for your usual workout can seem like too much effort. Too many late nights can undoubtedly impair your performance, not only at work but in your leisure time too.
