Patient feedback
We aim to provide the highest standards of care and service to
our patients, and are constantly striving to exceed your
expectations. We regard your opinions and comments as
extremely valuable, as they help us to identify areas of success
and opportunities for improvement.
All our in-patients are asked to complete a questionnaire which
is made available either during their stay or sent to them when
they have gone home. Our out-patient questionnaire is
available in all out-patient areas of the hospital. Both
questionnaires are available on request or to download (please see
below).
